My March Julep Maven Review

Hi lovelies!  Last month I posted my February box review about a day before I got my March box, so I thought this time I'd be a bit more proactive.  So most of you have heard of the amazing Julep Maven monthly boxes, where for $19.99 a month, you get nail polish (and beauty products!) from the higher end Julep brand (sold at Sephora), with a retail value of at least $60 (the polishes alone retail for $14 each!)  If you haven't, click on one of my links and sign up!  And right now, sign up and enter promo code FREEBOX and just pay $3.99 shipping!  The best part is that they show you what you'll be getting that month, so you can either switch to a different profile box (there's 5!) or skip the month altogether and not be charged.  {More after the jump}

I posted my unboxing on Vine, check it out!

This month's theme was 'Get Ready to Play!' and was all about chalk-inspired pastel hues.  After they retired the American Beauty profile in favor of the Modern Beauty (makeup-only) profile, I switched to Boho Glam.  So I got 'Joy', a pretty rosy mauve creme, and 'Leila' a pale yellow with and ever-so-slight golden shimmer to it.  We were also surprised with this fabulous Strawberry-Mint Lip Balm, which I am addicted to already. It smells amazing and feels great on, with the faintest hint of color.

Also included was a brand new hand creme, Rock Star.  I love this, it retails for $20, and really reminds me of something from B&BW or something.  It has a light fragrance, kind of musky, whatever it is I'm really digging it.  It's super conditioning with shea butter, glycerin, coconut oil and vitamin E and it promises to keep hands hydrated even after washing.  It really leaves my hands soft and smooth, I love it.

So that's it!  Are you a Julep Maven?  If not, click a link, sign up now and use code FREEBOX to get your Maven intro box for only $3.99!

xx
Lia
