Smart n Snazzy Hates Wrinkles!

Hello lovelies!  If you're anything like me, you despise ironing yet find that virtually every item in your closet is in desperate need.  Then multiply that times three, for my husband, son, and daughter's wardrobes.  Now I got a steamer for my birthday, and I love it, but there are pros and cons to using it.  The steamer takes too long to heat up, it doesn't get really wrinkled clothing smooth.  So it seems there would be a huge need for items on either end of that spectrum to help make this mama's life a little easier.  When I was asked to test and review two such products, I gladly and enthusiastically agreed!

{More after the break}

So on one extreme, there is no way to get around ironing.  My husband's clothes need to be crisp for work, and sometimes there are some of mine or the kids' clothes that are so wrinkled there's no other way around it.  I usually use a spray starch, but only out of necessity.  It ends up flaking when it hits the clothes, or the nozzle clogs up.  Even worse?  The rust that forms on the can and inevitably ends up on clothes.  I was so excited to try this Bounce ironing spray because it's a non-starch ironing agent.  That means that not only does it make ironing easier (no flaking or clogging, and no rust residue!) but it smells so good!  And I swear the iron glides over the clothes now.  Best of all?  It retails for only $2.99 and you can find it wherever you shop!

Okay now this Downey Wrinkle Releaser is ridiculous it works so well.  Just spray it on and smooth out the wrinkles.  So simple.  It leaves clothes mildly damp, so just make sure you leave yourself enough time to let it dry - maybe 15 minutes, if that!
A few weeks ago, Bella had her orchestra performance.  She was getting her clothes ready when she showed me her shirt to wear:

So there was no way I could let her go in this shirt, and we only had about 10 minutes before we needed to leave.

I sprayed a few sprays to both the front and back, smoothed and gently tugged with my hands, and 30 seconds later her shirt looked like this.  Ever since, this has been my go-to product!  It also comes with a killer price point - only $3.99!  With these two very affordable products, this busy mama's life is so much easier on the wrinkled clothing front.
Have you tried either product?  What are your experiences?

xoxo
Lia

Disclosure: I was sent both of these products for review, however all opinions are always 100% mine.
